               In 2003, Aron Ralston (James Franco) is in an adventure alone in Blue John Canyon. Unfortunately, he fall down into a canyon and he is trapped. A big rock traps his right arm. He yells out loud for help, but there is no one at the canyon and no one can hear he’s yelling. He has very less food and water. At the beginning, he tries many ways to make the rock moves in order to get out of this canyon, but it doesn’t work at all. As a result, he want to give up and start to make video, saying things to their family members, trying to not to be regret. He realizes that there is only one way can help him, which is cut down him arm, so he use him little knife and start to do it. We all know how painful it is, a person use a knife to cut his own arm down. However, no matter how painful it is, he is not giving up. He recalls his childhood and his family when he wants to give up. Those recalls give power to him. Finally, he cuts his right arm down and get out of the canyon. Fortunately, a couple found him and gives him water and calls the police for help. Then the helicopter comes and he is helped.
